SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME

PREPARATION TIME OF THE ORDER

The products purchased will be delivered by charlottesdress.com to the Customer by standard service with express carrier from time to time more suited to the circumstances from a logistic point of view.

The deliveries of the products will take place during all working days. Delivery times depend on the availability of the product.
If the product is in stock, it is ready to be shipped in three working days from receipt of the payment.
If the product has to be produced, the shipment will take place in eight working days from receipt of the payment.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery of the goods, from when they leave our warehouse and the carrier picks it up, happens around 48 hours in Italy, Islands included. For shipments outside Italy, the average delivery can be between 2 and 5 working days. When the order has been processed, the Customer will receive an e-mail from our customer service with the tracking number of the shipment and a link to check on the shipment.

In order to allow us to take advantage of the remedies provided by the shipping conditions applied by the forwarder, any damage to the packaging or the mismatch of the number of packages, must be immediately detected by the customer, by putting a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the carrier and we will  have to be informed in the immediate future by e-mail at the following address: customercare@charlottesdress.com.

The recipient can not ask the delivery in specific days or hours.

SHIPMENT COSTS

IN ITALY:

The shipment costs are fully free starting from an expense of 99,90 €. Under this expense the shipping costs have a cost of 9,90€.

To ship to Venice, Calabria, smaller islands and major islands (Sicilia and Sardegna) the shipping costs are of 15,00€.

IN EUROPE:

The shipment costs are fully free from an expense over of 199,00 €.

Under this expense, the costs will be given to you at the moment of the purchase, depending on the nationality.

EXTRA CEE COUNTRIES:

For deliveries outside the European territory, the transport costs will be assigned by the system according to the parameters related to the destination, weight and volume of the package sent.

Customs expenses and fees related to the country are not included.
